Will you stop at nothing to destroy the love our family has built? Do you feel nothing after the things you say and do, not even an ounce of guilt? What happened to you...you use to be so loving and kind I feel like you are someone else, as though you've lost your mind We use to talk, and laugh together, do you remember those days? Oh how I wish you'd see what you are doing, and start to change your ways You put guilt on someone who has a lifetime of that kind of pain Why were the sunny skies we finally had, taken away, and now are filled with nothing but sadness and rain? Sometimes I want to slap the reality back into you I wonder if you realise even the things you do? It's as though you just open your mouth, and the first thing you think is exactly what you say Regardless of the consequences, it's you who will have to answer to all this one day Does he not see it? Or has he just become blind to what is going on I don't see how what you are doing is right? In fact I feel it is very wrong But who am I to say, just an outcast for the mistakes I made I'll tell you this, you won't get away with what you're doing, that's a promise I take to my grave We've spent what seems a lifetime finally being happy and free You won't take that away from them, and you won't take that away from me I once called you Mom, but now your just Susan once again Once you held such a special place in my heart, one of a cherished friend I'd like to start over, but it is impossible if you never let it go You're suppose to love your husband, and watch that love flourish and grow Instead though you are the one who pains him, you are the one that breaks his heart in two You blame it on everyone around you, because you simply can't see what you do By AMK 9/28/03 "love is like a butterfly-- if you chase it, it will surely fly away,instead hold it close and watch it grow into something beautiful" ~me~ [This message has been edited by Aimster (09-28-2003 12:13 PM).] |

 (big hugggsssssss) Oh Amy, it breaks my heart to hear of this happening, sweet friend, too many always get victimized by painful words and I truly hope soon she realizes the pain he made him feel and they can work out everything together! Amy darling ‘lil sister, this is exceptional writing. Sometimes the mouth goes into motion without putting the brain in gear, and just hearing the word sorry, when it’s spoken with genuine remorse for that which has occurred does help to heal. But rather than that we should learn to hold our tongues, learn that wisdom means sometimes we should not speak. We need to read HIS words and really understand them. Love others above yourself, never have there been truer words, and we should each one of us at least try to do some good daily. Those words that cut like sharpest knife Bring forth such pain and sorrows strife The barbed and hurtful things we say Live on and on and grow each and every day Until that pain rips our souls apart Then we wish it would just go, depart But no rest from that pain can we find Until those words are wiped from our mind So think before those words you would say Exact a price that no heart should pay and forever Mushy   Tomorrow is another day I don't know what it holds |
