Thank you gemjop, QJQ, Mysteria, Kethry, Marge, Noah, garysgirl, Kahlil, ethome, SharRose, Romantic Heart and passing shadows for the nice responses...beautiful words... may you know Gods compassion and mercy if you have lost a love or failed to gain a love of your choice...each day is a new day and holds new hope and possibilities... I met a woman last night that was wearing a black velvet dress...and I thought Oh, oh... She was Chinese from Taiwan, formally Formosa, which I believe she said meant beautiful flower or something like that, so I ask her why they changed the name to Taiwan and what that name signified...she didn't know. She has a sweet personality, we both share the same last name...she told me she thought I had a Chinese grandfather from somewhere in my past...I've always thought that...very interessting...James |
