Glowing Light Within

A man dying in a hospital bed
A liver transplant he does need
A young man across the miles dies in an accident
A donor card he does carry
A donor card showing the glowing light within.

A man out of work with a small family
A home, his shelter, lost in a torrential storm
A job he cannot find
A stranger giving him a small apartment,
a managers job, food, blankets, warm clothing
A stranger showing the glowing light within.

A child on the street
A father that left before she was born
A mother dies of an overdose
A prostitute she will be, this child of the street
A family, takes her in, sees her pain, gives her love and security
A family showing the glowing light within.

For His love of mankind
Our Lord Jehovah gave His only Son
On a cross He was impaled
He cries out in His pain
“My God, my God, why have you forsaken me?”
As Jesus is released from His pain, He returns to His heavenly Father
He has humbly washed away our sins with His own sacred blood
A death, a rebirth, a loving sacrifice
Our Lord, showing His glowing love within.

(tears fall down my cheeks) God Bless You, dearest Bonnie, He sacrificed to save us all, and though too many are suffering and crying here, He will reach out to them all and comfort the many children, homeless, sick, and those short of faith and provide them with love and strength! (wipes tears) You are a true angel of words, sweet friend, you deserve extra special angel friendship hugs for this, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Bonnie, thank you for sharing!
