talk at me there's something in everyone to love i want to paint fire hold me tighter i want to breathe like beethoven, i want to laugh like bernstein watch me dance like the sugar plum fairy grace my pillow with your presence burn me up inside my bedsheets button down have rem cycles with me i wish i could try harder im just a girl with a broken compass make carpet angels with me there's a mirror in your smile play games with me, profound and eternal games i have a love for living things that does not extend beyond you straight lines circle sometimes... joy has its own justice. and dreams are languid and lawless. and everything bows to beauty, when it's fierce and when it's flawless... |
