On the edge of forever

0 posted 2003-11-21 07:07 PM

The lone wolf sings to the night,
The sound echoes, and echoes again
…again.

A slight breeze carries promises of tomorrow.
I sit…quietly,
Secreted in my private place.

I watch the universe slide by,
Star by myriad star.
Dancing around each other,
Lovers in an eternal embrace.

My muscles stir.
Shhhhh…
Even the slightest move
Would break the spell,
Diminish the magic,
Shatter the enchantment.

So, I hunker down,
Insulated against the world,
And comforted by my aerie
On the edge of forever.

This I know as Truth...we are all Beings of Light.

awesome... as I read I kept reading so many lines that I wanted to pull out so I could say "this one's my favorite!" but there are just too many, I can't. It's all beautiful
