(THIS POEM IS FOR ALL THE SOLDIERS PRESENT,PAST,FUTURE....LET FREEDOM RING!)( To ALL the AMERICAN AND BRITISH PROTESTORS)
I hold in my hand..
colors of red,white, blue,
a symbol of our nation, our land,

I hold in my hand..
freedom, liberty, and justice for all,
for every boy, girl, woman, man,

I hold in my hand...
Hopes and dreams, love and honor,
a nation connected by family and friends,

I hold in my hands...
tears, courage, blood shed,
braveray of every soldier, alive or dead,

I hold in my hand...
colors of red, white, blue,
The American flag stands,
forever waving across the skies of blue....

Lauren~

I had a dream last night
you came to me on silver wings of light
I flew away with you in painted sky
Was it real
Is it what you see, touch or feel

Thanks Linda....I have to defend America, especially anytime someone speaks against us. for if we don't all the soldiers who have died or lost part of their bodies would have done so in vain...The same freedom they died for gives protestors the freedom to burn the flag etc...

The flag means more to me than that...my country is a great country full of love, honor and pride....~ARH

A very good and patriotic write...from a beautful american lady...your country should be proud to have your love..it is unique....to all the soldiers who died fighting...both fron the american and british side this is a fitting tribute....and the picture is truly inspiring...thank you....
