Still working on proportionate defaults I’m on my way, leaning life collects me Removing salt from my eyes Paying me a glace, swaying in the warmth Like a swing on an old Victorian porch Semi autonomous, unfolding mobiles circling Pointing true north. Oh, the astonishment of out-of-the socket eyes Metaphysical screams fire to the dying Showing Photographs of children clearly seen What was, is and will be, expressions facing the wind Hungry and Abandoned Wandering like ghosts trapped inside a dark spell With small swarms of flies Picking bones clean and dry, thirsting at the well But to look inside, dead center toward each aura Written minds pull up along side the highway Recycled music intercepted by the ear canal Pushing the penetration of thoughts into something real Attracting a new breed obscure calling aloof At four in the morning, eating vegetarian lasagna With an alarm clock way overdue Still, we are all stone goddesses with good intentions Body fat loss bridges small gaps between large places Like the addictive java beans we clutch to every morning Hiding in the aroma, where random strangers meet I wonder where hot wings lie on the food chain While smoking a cigarette watching morning rise I’m compelled to clutch the life form before me Seems to me, time implies summoned by excitement So…whataya say, we all get jiggy with it? |

Lee, I sometimes wonder how your mind works, and where you find the inspiration for such detailed writings... hot wings on the food chain...that's cool |
