Crying in the closet
Of depressed lover
Hopeless still, romantic one.
Nightingale sings to me,
Lost within eternity,
For hours last in minutes,
But minutes echo years,
And closets cannot cover
The ringing of my tears.

Only here to give the love
And never it return…
Smiles fade to memories
And they begin to burn
Within the heart
Just once again.

Very good depiction of pain, unrequited or lost love. Reminds me of the great Japanese movie "The Mystery of Rampo". Try to watch it if you can.

Ouch! Your poem hurts! You should never ever have to go through those kind of love pains again!

Alas, I suppose we all have to go through them at one time or another in our life. It's part of being human and growing and learning ~ but it hurts like heck, nonetheless!

lol thanks, I looked a wee tad too angry in the old picture and figured I should change it. And yes, the poem does hurt, and no one should go through those loves pains, but we all do, and I can't say that what I've gone through was really the specifics of the poem.. more a mix of he I love leaving me and my family rejecting me... but I am doing as I know to be right.. so I will continute to take stabs in my back... oops, a bit longwinded there, sorry.
