You stand before me draining tears of lost memories in sorrow-- never will there be tomorrow. Rough like the waves of ocean blue Everything you won't forget Let go of the memories--please release-- but don't remove me from your mind. Your present days have grown much more, more love, more places to adore so please don't dwell upon the past-- It doesn't want to remember you at all... |

Great rhythm, rhyme and symmetry break at the end. It's as complex as its meanings. Hope more to read like this in future posts.

I think all parents want to see their children surpass them. I'm lucky to have seen that already.  and kris? Some memories I will keep--like the joy of THIS one, right now thank you very much. smile.
