Once long ago, in poetry #28,
There was a poet, and she was great!
The poems were funny. The poems were weird.
They were rather pointless, or so it appeared.
She had a few fans, though she was no celebrity.
She always tried to be a bit witty.

She wrote about coke.
She wrote about shopping.
She wrote about potatoes.

She even wrote about Canadians like her self.
But she never wrote about an elf.

She stopped logging on.
She stopped reading poems.
She stopped *gasp* writing poems.

Today...
She logged on.
She read a peom.
She wrote a poem.
She wrote this poem.

Yepper I want to know about the elf and anything else with a smile attached.
I don't have an elf, but I do have a ground hog in my yead that digs and digs.Maybe he's a comin' to visit.
