Remembering yesterdays
Yet I know they have gone
I hold them dear to my heart
All the memories live on

Only wish things could be
Alike the yesterdays past
Why is it those good times
Never ever seem to last

Held for memory keeping
Archived from yesteryears
Often I write how I miss you
My eyes filling with tears

All those moments collect
Once again I began to cry
Always hoped of your return
As you never said goodbye

They never say good-bye because most are cowards. Going through this myself right now. You couldn't have worded more perfectly

I see from Marge that you still post at lovingyou.com and continue to make their
admired list...I remember those days.

Meeting in real sometimes makes those
"never saying goodbyes" even harder.

Hope, this is beautiful. You can write sad love poems better than anyone I've ever read. Even though sad, they are always beautiful.
