Like birds These poems are wild going somewhere anywhere in air floating on the current in the waves of battling poles latched to a tree they are stinging me feathers supplicating fettered by a turbulence of thought caught in the frightful claws of hunger and draught these poems are wild their whistle is darned to destiny and is chained that way across the fabric of while living on vibration and fighting gravity |

When it comes to you I guess I would think of you a HUGE flock of birds then Martie, the poems that come from wherever you find them are of the best down one could ever find, and I am here once again to feed the birds. This was fantastic. |

Gads Martie, I had flashbacks of Hitchcock's movie...and I'll bet all along you intended that, didn't you? You know, Hitchcock was a very poetic man in the way he orchestrated his movies... he would have liked this poem very much! |

I'm going to cry now! You have just written a piece I am never going to be able to match with the ill words I have. Bravo! Remember, if you're not part of the future, you're history! |

Martie Perhaps it is the wilderness in this poem that is so attractive to me? "Like birds" * "These poems are wild" Excellent opening lines, as are those that follow... ice/ford |
