Turning Leaves They heave in twirls of turning leaves A perigee of girth In answer to a wind of weave They danced upon the earth They fly upon a meadows green Rounding in a wonders awe And fly across the morning scene Soaring till they soar no more Once again there comes a breeze And out the blue a coup That shakes the branches of the trees And makes them dance anew. And in my heart I give them toast To beauties dancing gleam The spirit of a playful host As lovely as a dream Give yourself a moment’s pause And let your mind, live applause |

It was wondrous and delightful, however, I made a few changes to make a point!  +*+*+*+*+ You heave in twirls of turning leaves You're a perigee of girth You're the answer in windy weaves As you dance upon this Earth You fly upon a meadows green A sight one can't ignore Flying with your pen in hand Writing as you soar! Once again there comes a breeze It breathes in life anew, Your angel wings flap with ease As you fly across the blue. Your humble heart, it ne'er does boast Of your beauty's dancing gleam, The spirit of a playful host You're as lovely as a dream!
