It's strange out here, on Sorrow's Tyr, where no one moves or speaks,
We all just stand and stare around, as the days turn in to weeks.
No one moves or makes a sound, but for the occasional soft sob,
For all the tears drained out long ago, for our little mob.

There's naught to do but sit and think about the past,
We're all here at Sorrow's Tyr, some their first, some their last.
Our families watch around us, trying to see whats wrong,
For Sorrow's Tyr is invisible, for all but our despairing throng.

They want to help but they dont know, we'll eventually be o.k,
But now we want to be left alone, to sit, & think, & pray.
For when there's nothing left to cry, no more steps to plod,
We turn to He who knows us best, we turn tear stained hearts to God.

For no one sees us like he can, he sees into our souls,
Into our hearts, and minds, and fears, into our secret goals.
He says leave this place of Sorrow's Tyr, because I will hold your sorrow,
I will care for you all forever and a day, Always, not just for tomorrow.

So we dry our eyes and prepare to move back into the world,
We say goodbye to Sorrow's Tyr, where in despair we curled.
For He sacrificed his life so that we might live, and laugh, and love,
He took it upon himself to hold us til the end, for He will Always love us, and His love never ends.

This is so inspirational and such truth in these words.

"They want to help but they dont know, we'll eventually be o.k,
But now we want to be left alone, to sit, & think, & pray.
For when there's nothing left to cry, no more steps to plod,
We turn to He who knows us best, we turn tear stained hearts to God."

Very much enjoyed these thoughts and this write.  Very well done.
