Sorcerers Emerge Tonight

I know it isn't Halloween yet, but this poem is set on that spooky night.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
They wield elemental magic,
Each with a staff in hand;
They all come out tonight,
Summoning ghouls to haunt the land.

Some hold power in darkness,
Some have power in light;
A few even carry swords,
Just to mock the knights.

Some carry daggers,
Small and quick to kill,
A common weapon of thieves
Who steal with icy will.

These sorcerers aren't evil,
Though not all are truly good;
They all have many reasons,
As any true mage should.

What is life without poetry and adventure?
"Little sister" is just another way of saying "Guardian Angel"!

Been watching Harry Potter reruns I see.... I like the poem... You have a good grasp of Rhyme an meter.

Go check out your Girlfriend's poem.... I won't repeat myself ... less mess for the moderators to mop up.....LOL
