Dry Whispers Someone said let it fall then he fell, pushed by winds from the north, into southern arms opened wide accepting of cool winds from far north patience notwithstanding this hesitancy a voice in parched rasp wanting so much heart to speak only looking, eyes in askance hear this fall ‘tis a season of dry whispers hold the fall in close the leaving will hesitate and cling tight |
