Duo Unto thee my heart does cleave, Depict me not as naïve. My reason I can't deceive. Loves’ wove in the pattern’s weave. Ardor contained bound and chained, This is how wants are constrained, And emptiness thus maintained, Is for fools who’d have love feigned. Don’t be dense give up pretense, We must accept the immense. Being is no longer tense. ‘Tis simple truths that make sense. I know delight dearest sprite, The fires within me ignite. Yea my heart has taken flight. Lust was never so polite. I love you say not adieu, For my heart I can’t subdue. I’m ever yours through and through. Our calenture’s overdue. Remember, if you're not part of the future, you're history! |
