Night mists rise, swirling fog grey-white like spectres, fly in the black sky.

Ugly, long lank, black haired, warty nosed, toothy hag.
Black rags for clothes, reeking of rotten flesh on the wind as she flies.

Stumbling in midnights nightmare, through the scratching briars of an overgrown wood.
Meeting with her coven, grotesque and evil.

Dancing naked round fires, they tear innocent forest creatures to pieces and fling them into a pot,for them it has to be a fresh kill.

Under the newly awoken moon, incantations are shrieked, and more poor creatures are added to the pot, blackened by fire.

Thirteen foul, ugly, twisted crones, laughing darkly, finally end their dance of evil, and begin to fly abroad.
Up above the houses, by the moon and over church spires.

Thirteen witches,
Make quite a coven.
Macbeth had only three
to deal with,
But you had over a dozen dozen

Dear Rose of Gold, methinks this be the yin aspect of thy poetry which usually radiates  golden rays of the yang! Ye be quite balanced and versatile in thy writing!
