together they had sat outside
hand in hand
reached to the sky
drawing the stars
creating their lights
(in the sky? in themselves?)
one by one

blackout
and all is well

stars fall
down
down
down

blackout
and all is well

and the girl by the corner
weeps tonight

blackout
and all is well

as the silent Dark shines high and bright

blackout
and all is well

the flames surround him
burning
burning.

blackout

burn.

and the artist's flame
paints a picture in the sky.

Excellent post,
and welcome to the blue pages...
you may want to slow down your posts though 'cause three a day is generally the limit.
I think most of us posted too many when we first came though, we all wanna.
We need time to read them all and reply.. otherwise they may be looked over.

Always, Alyssa

There's no blackout in your writing in fact I can see starshine coming through your words

Here in the midst of my lonely abyss, a single joy I find...your presence in my mind.  Unknown
