When I was down you were there When I needed help you’d help me When cancer took over you I saw a man who was healthy To a man who got weak But your cancer made me stronger It showed me that I can do whatever I want July 1999 was your last family vacation Your cancer was catching up to you But you inspired me You told me that I could do anything If I put my mind to it December 23, 1999 Your life was taken away By cancer It’s been four years I still miss you I remember all our memories They will never leave me I’ve shared them with friends They laugh One more thing dad Thank you for inspiring me Loving me Minna October 23rd, 2003 |
