Shall I catch you in wrath, morbid star glittered man, do you understand my words of crimson? As you play your lyre in midnight hours, touching the heavens with a voice unheard. I dance to your decending songs, gently whirled around in the ash of the dead. Danced with the devil and all he said, was "If god were alive at all, we wouldn't be in a holy war, there is no medicine for this dillusion in which you live.. For it's all in the mind, must you insist that you exist, Oh lyrical dancer? You've read too many books filled with philosophical thought, you mustn't hope, and escape reality. For in my arms you are, my demon love, my horrid wife, the lewd conversationalist.. You continue to feast upon your own mind, and still here, you are." And struck with confusion, there was no lyre, no music in which I could sway by tree. Merely cast off as an evil illusion.. Should I believe this world is falsely percieved? The traitor who's told me, the bad blood, the secondary god. On this..I must ponder.. As I wander the world below, and above.. Alone in desolation, it is truth I seek.. Though there may not be any to find. Shall I continue to falter, in my dance, for this music..though silent, is divine. [This message has been edited by Kaoru (10-23-2003 01:01 AM).] |

Meg? this is divine: You continue to feast upon your own mind, and still here, you are." This reminded me of Neitzsche: Aphorism 298: From the practice of wise men: To become wise, one must wish to have certain experiences and run, as it were, into their gaping jaws. This, of course, is very dangerous; many a wise guy has been swallowed." Beautiful writing Meg xxoo [This message has been edited by littlewing (10-23-2003 11:33 AM).] |

On this..I must ponder.. As I wander the world below, and above.. Alone in desolation, it is truth I seek.. hard to swallow, but yes, alone is the only way to weed out the bs from what is |

Time and time again I find myself speechless when I read you...you are fascinating and so articulate that reading what you write is like learning of another culture.. Susan "if you won't let me fall for you |
