End of the Day

Turned over into a zone of warmth,
into the slight depression she’d left in my bed,
an ellusive spirit I failed to catch
before she flew;
her lingering warmth
reminding she’d come again.
I say the words,
write them in the ink of my pen,
sprinkle them with angel dust,
mean them from the depths of my soul,
give them from the heart of me,
place them in the center
of the fading warmth
she’d left in the bed,
so she’d know, I too -
looked forward to the end
of this day.

(sigh) Oh James, this is heartfelt, sweet friend, I think sometimes it's nice to have the end of the day come so then we know we're still living into the next day! (big hugggssssssss) God Bless You, sweet friend, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet James, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

Love,

James. this is sprinkled with faery dust and romance, and yet, has a feel of sadness to it.

Hi Jimmy...I enjoyed this side of you...
this one has quite a sense of peacefulness yet longing to it...
Well done.
Hugs~
