Alas, the hiena judges a submissive flaw No mercy carries voodoo piercing cold cycles But fingerpaintings of my soul measured sensual Little did you gaze Your infamous diversity shows in the arua Of an arena of bull fighting days Hospice sketches correspondences Exchanging audio cassettes In some distant summer camp of phraseology Often wishing I was able to reinterate But you were luke-warm and self-centered Demanding a dialogue I knew nothing about Probing so deeply, oh how you were wrong Carried out by the telephone, and the women you played I’ll sacrifice everything… In such an ingenius way It no longer matters what you think, who you are? Syntax finds the poem One of feelings and mind experience You were wrong! To mock me that way To capitalize on deliberate ambitions of the forbidden fruits You so smugly spoke of Time in and time out…you played a game Monopolized in what you stood to loose Now the monarch is extinct And I’m equally at home with crocodiles There was no better teacher then you Beguillling shaped eyes….with snout for fascinations Cuddling volcanic islands…but you lost the glimpse Of a rare bird…at sea |

Sometimes we just grow in different directions... and that can be a very sad realization to meet... Well penned, Lee... |
