Smiles brush away

Sleep eludes me now
And smiles brush away
With tears
For all the love,
Through all the years,
I know now, is a lie.

The one I loved
With heart of hearts
Created me
To tear apart,
And knew the pain that would be caused
Then left me, anyway.

And so today, is the day,
When all my smiles brush away
When I remember just how much,
She’d hate who I’ve become.
When I remember gentle touch,
With lies in every one.

...she made me to be weak, to need her. And I did. But when she left I needed strength, and she would hate the confidence, the strength, and how I can survive.. without her. *sigh*
