Was It Worth Me Asking Frustrated you declared Yet never telling me why There must be reasons You are refusing to reply Sadness I am revealing My heart feels shattered Was it worth me asking Had friendship mattered The realisation is painful When left feeling floored Obviously I need clarity Still I was being ignored Silence explains nothing It only increases despair I am hoping I can reach By expressing I still care Hope©2003 |

the simplistic tone and honesty makes the reader not only sympathize with the message, but the poet as well. well done, i look forward to reading more. cheers. and even when everything was wrong, and we were mad at the world, it was still beautiful. |

unfortunately hope sweetheart, even this sometimes makes little difference, still showing them we care, if this is ignored, he is unworthy. It's so sad, but from experience, don't waste any more time upon this person, who would condemn you to such silence and no explanation. This write killed me with its sadness. HUgggggggsss to you.
