Ed, you told me to get out my very old writings, So here is one. Dear sister, Oh sister, so much we've been through. Together this life, we held on and grew. Guidence and love, what happened to her? Punishment and conferences with our only Sir. Dear sister, Oh sister, much better a friend. We live by the sun and blow with the wind. Look at our past when life was so young. Now it seems songs are differently sung. Dear sister, Oh sister, should I attempt to explain? This life we've lead, the strength and the pain. Half is over and much is unlived. Back pages of memories and much more to give. 1/26/74 |
