i was upstairs
in a dark area,
i heard whistling coming from far
i didnt know where it came from;
I noticed something glowing
flowing away from me.

I was scared
but also excited;
I heard stories,
rumors, and lies;
But it all came together;
The place was haunted
the stories were true.

I heard creaking noises
coming from the floor,
lights coming from the wall,
I ran and ran,
but it seemed to do no use;
I turned my head,
and saw it again;

I went back downstairs,
never told a soul;
I knew they would laugh,
tease, and sigh;

I stay away from dark places now;
I don't know if they wanted peace
or love;

Someday I would like to find out,
I have a feeling all they wanted was love;
Being all alone
no place to go
being stuck in one room all eternity;
No friends
no family
no one to turn to;
Loving only themselves and no one more.

Since I'm a chicken. I wouldn't enter that room never,ever again or even the house.
Man I have enough gray hair without scaring myself silly.

(big hugggsssssss) The spirits and ghosts have never scared me, for I believe they are just like us and what makes me feel uneasy inside is how lonely they can be!
