I know what you want for me You want the hate the same as yours And none could blame you. I did you wrong, it was wrong, But it seems you turn it in to a song. Seizing every hurt you can singing praises for it's birth Looking back over our times span, making sure I find in myself no worth. Truth is I do deserve to feel your pain. All of it, but I didn't bring to you pain without pain of my own. Words were spoken, harsh, My pain may have been self-induced But how was I supposed to know that then? My being, my mind, my self had been reduced I was this mistake? I never purposely meant you harm. Didn't you know that my heart could break? If words could tell you how much I wish, So much so I wish, I could take it all back It's killing me, but you can't see What I have done will always be what I wish could be, undone. |

(big hugggsssssss) Oh Shara, your most recent poetry has been filled with much angst and heartache, sweet friend, I hope everything is alright, as it is so very true what we could change about it all comes undone but we must start crafting with a different set of twine and yarn and look beyond the soiled portrait! (sad sigh) I send angel comfort hugs your way, sweet friend, God Bless You, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Shara, thank you for sharing! May love and light always shine upon you! Love, Noah Eaton I don't need no proof when it comes to God and truth |

It is about forgiveness, if the other person cannot find it in their heart, you must find it in your own. Sometimes we must give ourselves what others cannot (will not). Until you can, keep letting the pain go in your own words, words like these. Patricia |

Yes Terri, forgiveness of others and most importantly...forgiveness of yourself for your own mistakes....sometimes we hurt others and then, if we are honest...we learn from it...and we don't make the same mistake twice. |

True. But it wasn't done purposely. I also think it goes for both parties. It wasn't a deliberate act, but I don't think that's something partiality will allow people to think about. I lost sight of things, but it wasn't totally unprovoked, either. I've had a few crying spells the last couple of days, and I came to see some things. I blame myself for everything. Ultimately in the end...it does take two. But I still wish I hadn't lost sight, through all the hurt, of the good things this person brougth to my life. And no I wouldn't purposely do it the first time so why would I the second? Thank you, Terri~ |
