Sun Spots

the sun tickles me
painting me pink
a color of today
to turn tomorrow
a hue of
a different shade
like your touch
a freckling spot
to remain forever

How lovely! A "sunny" touch may well last forever.

It's so easy to miss the sun....when it's right there, so obvious, shining for us every day and we mostly ignore it..... like we miss other things that are just as clear.
