Resonance

I heard you singing then,
the spirit sound of you,
the unheard voice so small
and resonant that any music
would be crass, obtuse beside
your very soul’s vibration

And enthralled, captured,
surrounded by the tones of you
the knowing came, as sudden
as a birdcall and as ancient;
there within your spirit song
I heard my own

Ed...this is so softly beautiful...
I love the 'feel' of it.

Some things you feel, know, hear. I've learned to trust them and as in this case, to revel in the joy of them.

How incredibly lovely... I think your last two lines hold the secret for perfect unions... finding the best of yourself in another. *S* Beautiful, tender... excellent!

"there within your spirit song
I heard my own"

Great correlation -- "birds of a feather."
Try this one, it's kind of weird -- curious about your thoughts.  /pip/Forum83/HTML/001323.html
