I am fibers of great expectations cut of cloth pigeon holed held down the status quo Patterns of educators mentors siblings friends and lovers Reasonable facsimiles of those gone before Stitched from the womb by my parents design Traveling grooves cut by culture religion western civilization and gender. . . I am a constructed self Yearn the tug of another direction A fork in the road toward the path traveled less Feast on the fears of an uncharted journey Signless travel alone One step then another No "follow" just a faithful "go forward" and hope There is a design I am convinced Divine and a way passionate toward Self construction |

When I was younger I felt this way a lot more. I like the arrangement of this, and the language-choices. It's well-crafted. Nan (Pilgrim variety) |
