I forget to breathe too! All of a sudden I'll take a huge gasping intake of air and realize that I had stopped breathing for awhile! That's when I relax, go within and release the tension--and start deep breathing!

I totally identified with this terrific little write!

i know the feeling. i used to write to be sane too, but then i figured out that everyone else was wrong. :Þ keep writing, its great.

and even when everything was wrong, and we were mad at the world, it was still beautiful.
