On the riverbank I sit
gazing as the water gently flows by,
feeling the warmth of the sun,gentle breeze
which comforts me.

Listening to the sounds of the hummingbirds, bees
among the flowers and trees.
Hearing the other birds singing,seeing little ones safe within the nest of twigs and leaves.

Beneath my feet the grass grows O' so quietly, High
above the sky holds an ocean of blue, white clouds.

Such an amazing thing to watch and listen to what life brings our way.

Nature is most amazing!!!!!!!!!! Lucky you for living so close to it!!! Lovely images came to mind reading this. Hummingbirds are special for me. Thanks for sharing this bit of the outdoors. Nice to read.
