Speak unto me, not discourteously,
for I be among the manor borne.
Do ye not know in whose shadow ye
stand ever so haughtily?
If I so chooseth, I mightst smite the
grin from thy smirking face with but
one swipe of mine scorned hand!
Come! Come closer and speak of thy
intentions. Be they of the carnal
pleasures of mine flesh?--for I know
'tis the nature of the Beast!
Surely I wouldst be a fool to believeth
words that spilleth from thy serpentine tongue!
A man of truth and honor be a bird so rare
that mine doubts be grave that our paths couldst
e'er cross.
Heed my words, my Dear Lothario!
Lie to me, and ye shall lie forever!

(giggles in delight) Hehehe, I just love all the wonderful voices and tones of you, sweet friend, I too have that ancient blood, but somehow I think it's all gone because I don't know how to talk like that! (shows innocent sad puppy face) This is wonderful, sweet friend, love all the wonderful sides of you, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Linda, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

Linda,  you could almost bring out another
side of my poetry with these verses.  Very
powerful indeed,  with such a flavor that I
truly enjoy and savor.

Fear not the dark of mine eyes,  For I
am not the beast of your dreams.  Thy
nights shall be filled with passions
beyond thy senses,  and thee shalt cry
out in want of just one touch.

Thine heart doth beat in earn'st m'lady.
Tho this man doth sense thee flutter at
mine words.  Upon the courtyard,  beyond
the light of yon moon I wait.  The scent
of thy softness wafts smoothly with the
zephyr and my eyes gleam in wait of thy
call.  Whisper m'lady and thy call shall
be answered with great haste.  See, ya
got me going now.....

With each word you whisper, this wanton heart beats faster--begging for release from the confines of mine chest. Flushed with the passion that courses through me, I seek to be sated. I call your name into the night--and I wait...

And she forgets to bring the bullhorn....not
knowing that the old man is about half deaf
and may not hear her call.....as he patiently
stands in the courtyard scratching selective
areas of his anatomy,  straining an ear
as hard as he can.....missing his one chance
for fame glory and chivalry....

sheesh!

As the clouds part, moonlight pierces the dark of night and shines upon the man she had been searching for...longing for--the man of mystery whose glowing words of passion had captured her very soul. There, bathed in the light of the harvest moon, she beheld his uncouth acts. Aghast at his uncomliness, she turned to run.

"Wait!" he cries out!...

Ah,  my lady,  forgiveth mine iniquities.
For the ants,  the brutal ants consumed me
as I waited beyond the light of yon moon.

Fear not of my intentions,  for I am most
certainly not an uncouth braggard in search
of a mere maid.  My heart beats laboriously
in wait of your return.  Return M'lady,  the
night is young and your medicinal experience
can help the fires that burn (from the ants)
....

Barry, m'dear, it is far more fun being nuts in this crazy world than it is being sane! As they say, if you can't beat 'em, join 'em!

This was fun! Thanks!

EA

P.S. I like being with the "In" group of sane people! lol You know, the ones that are insane!

Oh, my good man! I see ye managed to riseth from where ye fell in thy state of discomfiture. Once again ye beseech my comely presence to satisfy thy lustful dreams--claiming me as a vessel of thy passions. I will have none of it! Ye may have won mine heart with your mots, but mine flesh shall n'er be thine.
