As Sunlight Falls on All Lost Love

The shell you wore has passed to earth
Though spell of you will rest unbroken
In midnight dream I see your worth
Though your words are now unspoken

As sunlight falls around my mind
Dark brings one forth to live again
Stillness comes, seeking loves’ entwine,
As once was before, is now as was then

God bade we harbor loves endurance
Ours in darkness as sunlight falls,
Necromancy gives us a chance
To see beyond those forbidden walls

‘Tis a challenge one gladly takes
as sunlight dwells within our wake.

Love the rhyme...love the meter. Well done Sunshine. As beautiful a poem as any I've read this morning. I really like this one a lot.
