Your Next Pawn

Thoughts by you are devil spawned,
as time has passed realizations dawned.
I was a passtime, and now you yawn.
Who, I wonder will be your next pawn?

Your pleasure is eyes sunken, and drawn.
Caring is not your specialty, or your forte.'
Your demeanor is brute, and brawn,
It's just a game for you to play.

It was all for fun, you weren't the one,
so move on, and seize the day.
Each day brings with it a new sun
So be gone, be on your way.

Feel nothing, a statue be.
I'm a little boy needing his toy
What about that can't you see?
And don't forget I was your joy.

All should bow to your will.
Eyes that scream so shrill.
Coal they are, and you, the same to the touch.
All better work hard to give you your fill.

You travel along life's path doing as you please.
Beware the ones that cross your path.
With all you do, or say they'd better agree,
or be prepared to appease, or face your wrath.

Stand still while I shoot you down.
Doesn't matter if it's at your expense.
Everytime I do I gain a gem in my crown.
I'll act real sweet while all rush to my defense.

I make my declarations, and do claim!
I'm a man above reproach, with no blame!
This woman scorned has no shame.
Lock her up, her soul to tame.

Then stand proud I will..
While all around, like her,
give me my fill!

As I yawn,
I ask myself,
Who's your next pawn?

(big hugggssssssss) I could feel the heartache in these words, dearest friend, I don't like to be a pawn of anyone and I don't want to make anyone my pawn, for I believe everyone is special and I want their first priority to follow their hearts and that will be my own first priority as well! (sigh) I too dislike getting lost in chess concepts of living, God Bless You, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet friend, thank you for sharing!
