I don't mind the summer's end this year...usually summer is my favorite season, but I await autumn in anticipation of flaunting my new and true colors amid the gold and auburn. It truly has been a summer of growth for me. I feel brand new...and at the same time I feel I am person who I should have been. Sheesh...does that make sense? A better question, Karilea, how did I get here from there (there being your poem)? Unno...maybe I am thinking too much again? LOL

A very lovely write and picture, K, which took my thoughts for a long end of summer drive!

Karilea, this is breathtakingly beautiful to me. I love roses. The things I miss of Summer and Spring are all the beautiful flowers. But I like the cooler temperatures better in the autumn.
