Listening to every heart

Sparks

In many ways they touch the seam
Their gifts expand where dreamers dream
Here frail butterflies align with quarks
Here one finds where dreams are sparked

From one dark candle, begins a flame
All enveloped in some poets’ names
Who write in desire to search and seek
To reach the heights beyond mountain's peak

From romance through science poets flit
Then rest awhile, becalmed, some sit
For soon they'll fly to Avalon
There rest awhile in emerald’s spawn

In a garden, some gaily traipse
To view awhile God’s pure landscapes
Then come upon blue ocean’s view, and
With redwoods line the sky for you

Come see this poetic universe of ours
And gaily read our Passionate Stars
