Being Wind Whenever the wind comes along, the curls of dust rise up and cheer like fans on a big play You can feel the truth in it but truth like wind is an occasional thing that we only notice when it kicks sand in our faces If we knew wind knew truth it's a predetermined thing, high to low with a coreolis curve and all the momentum of air We make our own wind by moving choosing where why taking the curves and changing our direction regardless of the world's push of low, of high or spin and in the mirror we watch dust stand up behind as we become the wind |
