If Given Sincere

I know what I feel.
I know that some things
that happen are not real.
To be real is to sincerely
feel the words that you say.
And some don't really feel
the words, they just say certain
words in hopes to get their way.
Words to take a heart away.
Words that are
suggestive and clear.
Words I eagerly
wish to hear.
Lovely words,
if given
sincere.
