A Little Magic Of My Own I stand before you naked and unashamed for all I have I give you in all that I am divine and flawed I share with you will simple be enough I find at times I am afraid searching for strength standing at arms length yet, within reach do you know my heart words do not adequately tell it it is like the cool of night addressing the thunder I am just an edge away from you to where shadows creep to undersides of sleeping leaves and in the sound that wings make as they fly silently by I find myself part of this music but standing waiting for the dance a fire was lit a passions flame and here alone I watch in ash extinguished unstirred I do not want to gasp for air I wish to have my breath be a sigh "I am living a life, i have no wish to live. How did this happen?" Unknown |

helen, Such an incredible view of you. But I've come to expect that. I like being able to rely on you.  If tears could build a stairway and memories a lane, I'd walk right up to heaven and bring you home again. |
