Wisk me away, to the September ball
In the arms of the sun
Sparkles leave me enthrall
When the temperatures tickle
In a fickle found warm
Wisk me away,
To the frosted fall corn

Fields turn gold
Inch by inch, from lush green
In a regal lament
Until color is scene
From the tips to the trunks
A completed arrange
Wisk me away,
To the harvest of change

Slowly the turning
Unrushed and unheard
From the lush grown so vibrant
Let my heart hear each word
In the coming of cooler
In the color of crisp
Wisk me on breezes,
Breathed in deep dazzle brisk

Take me to seasons
Of full gantlet prize
Touch of my soul
Through ecstatic wide eyes
Sing out the beauty
I've waited to gaze
Wisk me to autumn,
In it's spectacle days

it really is a beauty, autumn
altho i prefer heat, i could never be too far away from the fall spectacle
gorgeous, just gorgeous your tribute to the season
