I've built this wall around me, so no one can get in. I've let it down once before, and the pain came back again. So I sit in solitude, alone, tears flowing like rain. waiting for the flood to rush over me, drowning in my pain. Then I saw you, like a gentle breeze, you dried the rain up like the sun, and put my mind at ease. your hands were warm, like autums gentle wind, you broke the wall piece by piece, and let the sunlight in. My world is no longer dark, and the sky is no longer grey, a love came for all seasons, and took the pain away. |

I love the theme of this one...and the fact that you showed vulnerability, but still kept the door open to new love. Great write, and much enjoyed...~S~ Accept these small gifts from my gypsy heart ~~S~~ |
