"Incomplete" God looked out Upon the whole world He saw his fair flowers And his deep oceans swirl But amid all the peace The Lord saw unsettling sights The innocent were dying As unnoticed as mice A silent massacre of children Is taking place day by day Mothers killing their own babies The world should not be this way Our great God started to tremble Fresh tears came to his eyes "Why are my people like this?" He asked, "Why do so many die?" God begs, "Each life is so precious." "It doesn't matter if big or small." "Can't you see all the harm that you've caused?" "Equally, I have created you all." Our Lord tipped his head He let his tears rain from the sky "For the children," he says, "I weep." "For the evils of mankind I cry. As the last tears slipped down The heavens opened, revealing a sign A brilliant rainbow descended to earth "This," God said," holds all the children of mine" "Some souls rest here, others spangle the night sky," "But always, in my heart, they will eternally lie." For saints have hands that pilgrims' hands do touch, |

It does seem to require a certain hardness of the heart to look for reasons to justify the ending of a new life. James |

This was magnificent and on a subject that so many do not want to hear. I so appreciate your words and courage to write this piece. It is well written and thoughful. Thank you. In this country alone, approximately 4 million babies a year are ripped from the safety and security of their mother's wombs. It is such a sadness and horror. And the trauma scars left on the woman can be almost unbearable. In my humble opinion, the women's movement has done no favors to women in allowing them a choice. Marti |

Absolutely incredible writing. I sure miss your work, but at least I found you in the archives. You did a wonderful job of a very touchy subject. |
