Rose Rose lifts her head gently from morning’s pillow Then blasts her point of view brightly across the firmament. Loudly she proclaims the beauty of a new day’s dawning, without yawning, she shouts the juxtaposition of the eastern horizon. She is our morning Star and cannot be dimmed by some understudy in the wings, only by a shroud of mist. Yet in her persist, she will burn away any attempt to blur her glorious light and in time will prevail. ©September 2, 2003 (so do you know "whom" Rose is?) Whether on the shoal or on the shore, |

Nope, I don't have a clue who Rose is, but I loved the way you described her vivacious nature and her enthusiasm for life. Very pretty poetry VAS~ |

I'm guessing the sun. But maybe I need to search deeper? Anyway.. I think the descriptions in this are beautiful! |

Yes, Endlessecho, you've got it. It was the sunrise upon the date written. Glad both of you liked this and took time to read and comment. Whether on the shoal or on the shore, |
