I was walking down the street,
Just a little hike..
Looked down at my feet,
Something wasn't right?

Someone must have lost their purse,
It was near a garbage can,
I picked it up and looked inside,
To return it was my plan.

Inside there were some aspirins,
And a book by Dr. Ruth,
A box of Tampons that was half full,
Some lipstick and some rouge.

A 'script for some Viagra,
An old electric bill,
Why it was Mrs. Balladeer's!
I'll bet that she'll be thrilled.

I called her on the phone,
Told her I had her purse,
She just started laughing,
And replied with this short verse:

"Thanks for calling Mr. Toe,
But I threw that purse away,
Just save the book by Dr. Ruth,
I'll keep for a rainy day.

Balladeer can't use the pills,
(No mountain from a mole hill there)
And Tampons are the excuse I use,
To keep Bally outta my hair."

I didn't think there was a male alive with the nerve to go through a woman's purse... afraid of what might be lurking there... and now you're tattling that it's a ruse? LOL

Enjoyed this... more than Bal's been enjoying things, I'd guess! LOL
