As the wind blows and rustles through the leaves The branches sway to and fro from the trees The chillness of the air as I take a deep breath Gives me a feeling that summer has left The colors of the leaves, orange and brown As they begin to fall to the ground It's time for pants and sweats once more And a nice warm jacket as I sit at the shore The waves get a little more intense As the wind blows hard against the crest As the leaves drop from the tree It shed it's leaves so that new ones it may bring The beuatiful colors of orange, gold, and brown Seem to abound as they fall to the ground And in my mind I seem to recall The warmth and brightness that comes with the Fall Crystal |
