It’s My Birthday Today I’m thirty nine again. I have seen the invention of electricity- That new fandangled radio and television And what in the heck is micro-vision? Computers, scanners and laser jet printers And what in the world is a thirty nine dash sprinter? Women in dresses that go up then go down or in a suit looking like a business man. Bathing suits from head to toe and some that are barely there. Men in suits, togas and skirts and maybe in a dress and high heel shoes. Bathing suits from head to toe and some that are barely there. I keep asking my son- What are you going to do when you are older than me? He looks at me with a smile on his face and says: “And you wonder why I’m weird. Thirty Nine Again Yeah Right.” Love Bon-Bon   |
