with only a moment to spare... funny how thoughts won't let you rest your mind, here were a few that forced themselves upon me... Unsupported Bits 2 Behind the moon and the haze that encircles, nature follows the path... stairsteps of stars touching my eyes, as I remember the softness I once felt, when touched by yours. I look out my bedroom window, and see the death of a tree... it has lost its tomorrow, the same as we. I use to hand you my dreams allowing you to mold me, slowly peeling away my outer shell. I thought you would see the tenderness there waiting for you, longing for that embrace that never came. I sorrow in today, abandoned of heart but always loving you. I never needed you...always wanted you... near enough to feel your warmth, yet distanced enough to give you space. I had a glimpse of love before it closed the door and left me with an empty collage of memories. You were beyond love's reach. thank you ahead of time... M "Love is not blind - It sees more and not less, but because it sees more, it is willing to see less." |

Thank you Mark...I appreciate the fan and poet in you, always. What a surprise Allen, try not to read too much into my words, ok? So you finally made it here. Hope all is well with you. Send me an email when you post one of yours ok? I am looking forward to reading you. hugs Renee [This message has been edited by nakdthoughts (08-27-2003 12:54 PM).] |

I look out my bedroom window, and see the death of a tree... it has lost its tomorrow, the same as we. ~ As the saying goes, the more that things change, the more they stay the same...and within this poem, that the meaning is plural. |

oh my sweet friend, perhaps not beyond love's reach, just not the time...no two people ever seem to be on the same plain at the same time...we must be patient and allow...and love unconditional...warm hugs coming your way...your writes are absolutely penetrating... |

My dear friend, As this write bears witness...nothing has ever been beyond your reach. I have found that the expectation wasn't always the plan. Excellent work. TD |

Opeth, yes a plural meaning, thanks M LeeJ, no, beyond love's reach was correct...unconditional/lack of understanding/no matter which...it was beyond. Thank you, Lee hugs back M ThisDiamond, in my life there can be no expectations...just disappointments thank you for reading M Dixie, I wonder how many seem to be living similar lives. At any rate, it is fun to see how we each use words to describe the same feelings. M |
