the journey’s been... the journey's been fuller than I expected and a lot of things got a way of changin' like the dawn with its dewy heather in early days of lone November when time appears so still and even in a rainy remember October as I recall just how it felt I was walkin’ tall & takin’ a look with eyes awake air crispy clear sun still slicing through the cedars there I felt the days gone by as I heard the morning cry in a crested valley over flowing with glens that I used to roam with the why of blue sapphire skies with streams of steam & the whistle of trains through misty tree & it’s longing for young yet horizon's dim grew fainter [This message has been edited by lucky (08-24-2003 09:27 PM).] |

Dale I feel like I am always with you on that road...with the beauty, and a certain sadness that just never will let go. |

Oh, I love that - "sun slicing through the cedars" - your words dance with music, and ache with poignancy. Ahhhh! |
